Formosan Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon or sausage
  • 0.5 medium onion, chopped
  • 0.5 medium cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

Brown bacon or sausage and onion in a heavy saucepan or large skillet.

Drain off some of the fat.

Add cabbage and stir-fry over low heat until cabbage is tender.

Add soy sauce.

Serve over rice and pass additional soy sauce.
