
Brown ground beef in a skillet with salt and pepper.
Add onion, celery, peas, and tomatoes.
While beef is browning, cook noodles in salted water.
Drain noodles and spread over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve from skillet.
Can substitute 1/3 cup grated parmesean cheese for colby or sharp cheese.
