Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    For the Dressing
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • For the Salad
  • 3 broccoli stalks, chopped finely
  • 0.5 cup purple onion, chopped
  • 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.6666666666666666 cup raisins
  • cashews, optional

Instructions

Mix vinegar, sugar, and mayonnaise and refrigerate overnight.

Mix together broccoli, onion, bacon, and raisins with the salad dressing and refrigerate until used.

Sprinkle cashews on prior to serving, if desired.

Notes

  1. Salad dressing best if made the night before
