Scottish Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.25 cup rice flour
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened

Instructions

Mix ingredients. It will be crumbly like pastry dough.

Roll into bar.

Slice and make traditional marks with fork tongs.

Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
