Texas Fiesta Corn

Ingredients

  • 16 oz corn
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • pimento, to taste
  • jalapeno pepper, to taste

Instructions

Bring 16 oz. corn in minimal amount of water to a boil.

Add 4 oz. cream cheese, chopped pimentos and chopped jalapeno peppers to taste.

Blend ingredients together as they cook, then serve hot or cold.
