Pepperoni Pizza Omelets

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 water, as needed
  • butter, for buttering pan
  • spaghetti sauce, as needed to cover surface
  • shredded mozzarella cheese, as much as you want
  • pepperoni, thinly sliced, enough to cover surface

Instructions

Mix 3 eggs and a little bit of water together in a bowl.

Pour into a buttered pan.

Let cook on medium heat until the omelet isn't runny any more.

Add a VERY SMALL amount of spaghetti sauce from a jar onto the entire surface.

Add as much shredded mozzarella cheese as you want. I prefer a lot!

Add thinly sliced pepperonis to the entire surface.

Flip over one half of the omelet onto the other half, then slide out of the pan, onto a plate, and into your stomach. Yum!
