Ingredients

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup very hot water
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 package McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade
  • 1.5 tbsp honey

Instructions

Drizzle honey in the bottom of a 13” x 9” glass dish and then add water, oil, and marinade mix.

Carefully mix ingredients together.

Place chicken on top of marinade and coat.

I usually pierce the chicken on both sides several times with a fork.

Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. The longer the chicken is allowed to marinade the better.

Notes

  1. One of my favorite ways to grill chicken is to use McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade which is usually found in the spice section of your local grocery store. I modify the directions slightly and add an extra ingredient. This recipe has been a real hit with family and friends.
