Lamb for a Crowd

Ingredients

  • 7 pound leg of lamb, butterflied
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dried tarragon

Instructions

Pourover meat in non-metallic bowl and marinate over night or all day covered in the fridge.

Turn the lamb once or twice.

Grill to 140 degrees.

Notes

  1. Can serve with vegetables also grilled with marinade and butter.
