I couldn't remember many of the commercials this year--maybe the Fed Ex commercial about 'package not make it.' I only heard a little bit on ESPN Radio this morning --Mike & Mike mentionednone about a lizard giving birth, that they didn't understand. I didn't see that one. Anyway-happy to see Pittsburgh win, but Seattle really blew it, in many different ways. Now to work off that pizza (and I did get wings, too--thanks Patty!)
I see in the NYT today that there are web sites where you can view the commercials. the article has the links. TiVo also tracks which ones were most replayed and the Sierra Mist commercial with Kathy Griffin as the security guard confiscating the soda, and the Leonard Nimoy Aleve commercial were very frequent replays. I had forgotten the Sierra Mist commercial, but when the article reminded me I remembered I laughed because she kept making this obvious sound with her mouth as if the soda was setting off the metal detector.
The ones that stood out for me were the dead fly, the lady on flight caught in a compromising position and the Cleidsdale foal. Ha! Fun!
Of a Giant Lizard, Robot, Hummer, and wings

They stop the destruction and fall in love (the robot picks a large tree from a roof of a building as if he were picking flowers). Later, the lizard is obviously pregnant and then is later shown to have given birth to a car . . . a new Hummer, the H3. it drives off and they write something like : it's a monster. The free tabloid out here called the RedEye liked it the best, but I found it hardly comical, but maybe that's just cuz I think Hummers are evil and ugly. Anyways, wish I could have been there to get the wings -- I had pizza but no wings and I definitely missed them.
