Avocado Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend until uniformly liquid.

If desired, add a bit more milk so that it has a creamy but not watery texture.

Serve with tacos. This will keep about 24 hours in the refrigerator.
