Clam Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 cups clams
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup clam juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Drain clams and chop fine.

Combine all other ingredients except clams into a batter that is smooth.

Stir in clams.

Drop from a teaspoon into deep hot fat and fry for 1 min. or until golden. Serves 6.
