
Mash chick peas in a food processor.
Add garlic, cumin, turmeric, salt, onion, parsley, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Process until smooth.
Add flour and process until mixture holds together when formed into balls.
Form mixture into 1-inch balls and fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve with Tahini Lemon Sauce in a WW pita bread with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
