Ingredients

  • 2 medium, ripe, diced Mango
  • 0.5 small, finely chopped Red Onion
  • 0.5 small, finely diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 small, seeded and minced (optional) Jalapeño
  • 0.25 cup, chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons, fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro.

Pour the lime juice over the mixture.

Add salt and gently stir to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more lime juice or salt to your preference.

Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve with tortilla chips, grilled fish, chicken, or tacos.
