Oatmeal Crispies

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, or 1 stick butter and 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1.5 cup flour
  • 3 cups oats
  • 0.5 cup walnuts
  • 0.5 cup raisins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.

Stir in the flour, oats, walnuts, and raisins.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
