Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.75 cups pumpkin
  • 1.5 cups evaporated milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the pie shell.

Pour filling into the pie shell and bake for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
